Sprung Billet Aluminum Idler Pulley and Bracket Assembly This unit is a Billet Aluminum Idler Pulley and Bracket assembly. It is sold by Corvair Underground for a little over $100. I never had a belt jump off before having this but this should eliminate issue once and for all. It is Spring Loaded so that perfect tension is held on the belt at all times. One major benefit is that you can change/take off a belt in a matter of seconds. Many cars have another type of assembly that makes the stock bracket free-floating and places a spring from it to the back of the engine compartment. I like how this looks. There is different configurations available (w/ or w/out billet pulley, kit). These pictures where taken within minutes of each other showing how easy it is to install and take off a belt.
